Is it hype or the real deal?
Steve at the front desk was outstanding , providing a 'to-go' breakfast for our early checkout. His friendliness made our experience enjoyable.
Room cleanliness left much to be desired , as well as inconsistent service at breakfast times.

Just a solid selection for a holiday in Aberdeen with great value. The great breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon was a nice touch. Request a room with a river view for a better experience.

Comfortable Stay with Convenient Breakfast
I enjoyed a family getaway in the King Suite, which was spacious and well-appointed. The complimentary hot breakfast each morning was a delightful start to our day, featuring biscuits and gravy. Remember, train tracks are close by, so request a room away from the noise for a quieter night.

The king room was spacious and offered a pleasant view of the river. Breakfast stood out for its variety, with gluten-free options available, and the staff kept it well-stocked. However, the key cards frequently malfunctioned, and despite asking for maid service, our room wasn't tended to consistently. One staff member was quite rude, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere during pool hours.

Target audience value for the family
I stayed here for 5 nights with my family, and honestly, the staff were exceptional, one lady at breakfast was especially kind and entertained my elderly mother during a slow breakfast. Plus, the pool and hot tub? Clean and made for a few relaxing hours! !
It wasn’t cheap but still decent enough.

The room was clean and comfortable, though the
bed was extremely uncomfortable, which resulted in sleepless nights. Despite the beautiful decor, we found ourselves constantly tossing and turning. I’ve had better experiences at much more basic hotels. If you prioritize sleep, maybe consider looking elsewhere.

During my stay, I found the Best Western Plus to feature comfortable accommodations with modern amenities including a fitness center and an indoor pool. The staff was attentive and efficiently assisted when I needed help with my business needs. The breakfast was a standout, offering a variety of hot meals that were fresher and tastier than most hotel buffets, particularly the crispy bacon and flavorful potatoes.
